Namibia : Fishing Industry Appeals for Bycatch Dialogue

[New Era] Walvis Bay -- The Confederation of Namibian Fishing Associations has appealed to the fisheries and marine resources ministry to consult the industry before enforcing Cabinet's decision to reduce the bycatch limit to 2%.
