Genocide - France Reopens Callixte Mbarushimana Case

[New Times] The French judiciary has reopened the case of Callixte Mbarushimana, a former UN employee accused of involvement in the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda. Last year, the judiciary in France dismissed the investigation into Mbarushimana's case citing insufficient evidence.
